“Until Christ is Formed in you.”

Gal 4:19

Lorraine Day, M.D.

The confusion, deception, and utter darkness in the “Christian” church is so severe that it’s almost incomprehensible.  The errors are so great it’s hard to know where to start in correcting them.

Let’s begin with the Ten Commandments – God’s law that He wrote with His own finger – in stone, to show how important and permanent it is.  The churches teach that “No one is perfect” so it’s impossible to keep the Ten Commandments perfectly.  They continue, “We just try our best – and God makes up the rest.”

They propose that since Jesus died on the cross and paid the price for sin, then if we go through the motions of “accepting Jesus” and joining the church – and working for the church (doing “God’s” work our OWN way), that is sufficient to ensure our salvation.  Apparently, God will just look the other way when we enter heaven as imperfect human beings.  Or possibly Jesus will wave a magic wand and instantly make us “perfect” or we will be “covered with the blood of Jesus” and God – who created the universe and knows everything – will be fooled into letting us into heaven.

All of this is ludicrous, of course, but how do imperfect beings on earth suddenly become Perfect beings ready to enter heaven?

The Old Covenant vs the New Covenant

The Christian church believes that the Old Covenant is the Ten Commandments – which were supposedly done away with at the Cross, so Christians are not required to keep them anymore.  Some even believe that the Ten Commandments are for the Jews, not the Christians, even though there were NO “Jews” when the Ten Commandments were given by God.  The Israelites were NOT “Jews.”  (See http://www.goodnewsaboutgod.com/studies/israel2.htm Who is Israel? Who is the Church?)

The New Covenant, according to the Christian church, is that we are saved by grace (which is true), so we don’t have to keep the Ten Commandments anymore (which is NOT true).

The Bible clearly tells us the difference between the Old Covenant and the New Covenant.  It is found in Hebrews 8:5-10:

“. . . as Moses was divinely instructed of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern showed to thee on the mountain.

This passage is speaking of Moses at Mt. Sinai during the Exodus, where God gave him the Ten Commandments on stone – the Old Covenant.

But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry inasmuch as he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.

The “Better covenant” = the New Covenant

“For if the first covenant (the Old Covenant) had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second (the New Covenant).

If the Israelites had been able to keep the Ten Commandments when they were written on Stone (the Old Covenant), then there would be no need for the New Covenant.

“But finding fault with them, he said, Behold the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a New Covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah

“Not according to the (Old) Covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the Land of Egypt; because they continued not in My Covenant, and I disregarded them, saith the Lord.

The Old Covenant was the Ten Commandments written on stone by God at Mt Sinai AFTER the people refused to allow God to speak to them directly and change their hearts.

And they said unto Moses, You speak with us, and we will listen; but don’t let God speak with us, lest we die.”  Exodus 20:19

The Israelites were afraid of God because they didn’t know Him.  They wanted a human intermediary – Moses – to speak with God, then Moses would speak with them.  But because they refused to let God lead their life directly, God had to write the Ten Commandments on stone, rather than in their hearts (by changing their nature to be like His) and they had no power to keep them.

That was the Old Covenant – the Ten Commandments on Stone – a situation where the believer has no power to keep them.

Now God says He will put His laws, His Ten Commandments, into our mind and write them on our heart.  This is the New Covenant.

“For this is the (New) Covenant that I will make with the house of Israel, after those days, saith the Lord; I will put My laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to Me a people.”  Heb 8:10

This is the ONLY way a person can actually keep the Ten Commandments – by the Lord living in that person and exhibiting HIS character through that person.  That is the ONLY way a person can keep the Law.

The New Covenant is the same Ten Commandments, but now written by God on our hearts, so we have the power to keep them, because Jesus Christ is now running our life.

The Ten Commandments were NOT done away with at the Cross.  Jesus said,

“I came not to destroy the law, but to fulfill it.”  Matt 5:17

But how does God “put the law in our hearts”?

“What was true of the Virgin Mary in the history of the Son of God’s birth on earth is true of every saint.  God’s Son is born into me through the direct act of God.  And if the Son of God has been born into my human flesh, then I must allow His holy innocence, simplicity and oneness with the Father the opportunity to exhibit itself in me.”  Oswald Chambers, Aug 8

“The abiding awareness of the Christian life is to be God himself, not just thoughts about Him.  The total being of our life inside and out is to be absolutely obsessed by the presence of God.  A child’s awareness is so absorbed in his mother that although he is not consciously thinking of her, when a problem arises, the abiding relationship is that with the mother.  In that same way, we are to “live and move and have our being” in God (Acts 17:38), looking at everything in relation to Him, because our abiding awareness of Him continually pushes itself to the forefront of our lives.

“If we are obsessed by God, nothing else can get into our lives – not concerns, nor tribulation, nor worries.  How can we dare to be so absolutely unbelieving when God totally surrounds us?  To be obsessed by God is to have an effective barricade against all the assaults of the enemy.”  Ibid. June

“Jesus Christ was born into this world, not from it.  He did not emerge out of history’; He came into history from outside.  Jesus Christ is not the best human being the human race can boast of – He is a Being for whom the human race can take no credit at all.  He is not man becoming God, He is God coming into human flesh from outside it.

“Just as the Lord came into human history from outside it, He must also come into me from outside. I cannot enter the realm of the kingdom of God unless I am born again from above by a birth totally unlike physical birth.  ‘You must be born again’ (John 3:7).  This is not a command, but a fact based on the authority of God.  The evidence of the new birth is that I yield myself so completely to God that “Christ is formed” in me.  And once “Christ is formed” in me, His nature immediately begins to work through me.”  Ibid Dec 25

But we cannot do this for ourselves.  It is Christ who must put His spirit (breath) – his disposition and character - in us.

“For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”  Eph 2:8,9

“By grace” means that it is all of God.  “. . .through faith” means that we must believe that He can and will do what He has promised to do – and that is to change us into His image.

How does that happen?

“But we all with open face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit (breath) of the Lord.”  2 Cor 3:18

We are changed by beholding the Lord, by studying His Word, by reading in the Bible about His life on earth, by diligent prayer, and by having faith that He will do what He has already promised to do:

heal all our diseases if we follow His ways,

save us,

supply all our needs,

never leave us or forsake us,

carry our burdens,

change us into His image

God will make our decisions and direct our paths – if we trust Him

“Trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding.  In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct thy paths.”

Understanding Truth

Once God is exhibiting His character and disposition through us, He will open our mind so we can understand truth.

In order to understand God’s Word, we must have the same connection to Jesus Christ that the authors of the New Testament had.  We must put our faith (belief) in God and not in man.

“That your faith should not be in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.”  1 Cr 2:5

“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.

“But God has revealed them unto us by His spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

“For what man knoweth the things of a man, except the spirit of man which is in him? Even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.

“Now we have not received the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God: that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

“Which things also we speak not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which God’s spirit teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

“But the natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.”  1 Cor 2:9-14

God’s spirit will lead us into ALL Truth

“Howbeit when he, the spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into ALL truth. . .and he will show you things to come.”  John 16:13

If the Christian churches were connected to God, He would have guided them into ALL truth, and they would be shown “things to come.”  Unfortunately, they aren’t even aware of the things that are happening now!

Obtaining Wisdom

Knowledge we gain with our five senses: what we see, hear, taste, touch and smell.  But all wisdom comes from God, including the ability to take facts (knowledge) and reach the right conclusion.

“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God who gives to all men liberally and without reproach; and it shall be given him.

“But let him ask in faith,  never doubting.  For he that doubteth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

“Let not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.”  James 1:5-8

When we have Christ living in us, He will be making all our decisions.  Our lives will be changed because our priorities will be changed.

“If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

“Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.

“For ye are dead (to sin and the things of this world), and your life is hidden with Christ in God

“When Christ, who is our (eonian) life (zoe in the Greek), shall appear, then shall ye also appear with Him in glory.

“Put to death your members which are upon the earth: fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.

“For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:

“In which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.

“But now ye also put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth

“Lie not one to another, stripping off the old humanity together with its practices,

“And have put on the new man, which is renewed into recognition, to accord with the Image of the One Who creates him,

“Where there is neither Greek (unbeliever) nor Judean (Believer), Circumcision, and Uncircumcision, barbarian, Sythian, slave, freeman, but all and in all is Christ. Col 3:11-11

Overcoming Fear

If you were to sit at a table in a room watching people come through a door, walk at three miles per hour across the room with three feet between them, and exit an opposite door – and it you would watch that happen for five years and nine months for them all to pass by you, twenty-four hours per day, 365 days a year, that is how long it would take for you to observe the 203 million people that were murdered by their own governments in the 20th century.

In his compelling book, Death by Government, author R.J. Rummel proves that more people have been killed by their own government than have been killed by foreign enemies.

The U.S. government is no different.  Our country is run by the Jewish/illuminati/New World Order whose plans are to eliminate 5 1/2 billion people from the earth by whatever means necessary, including abortion, infanticide, drug medications, including chemotherapy, police brutality, promotion of fast food and caffeinated beverages that cause arrhythmias that can cause death, promotion of refined sugar, fluoride in the water, and gun control, causing the populace to be defenseless against both street gangsters and the government bankster gangsters.

With the numerous weapons that our government has available right now, the only way we can overcome fear is to have “Christ formed in us.”

Drones the size of birds or even the size of insects that can wait outside your door to suddenly descend on you to kill you.

Privatization of water:  Nestle wants to control ALL water (they say it is “food” and should be privatized) and will decide how much each person can have.

Bullets that, when shot from a gun, continue to track you as you run away, and then follow you, and kill you.

GMO crops that have already been shown to cause sterility in farm animals.

Manufactured famines.  We will not be allowed to have ANY food.

Forced vaccines for everyone with no waivers, vaccines that contain poisons and infertility agents and cause autism, learning disabilities, meningitis, and death.  Those who refuse will be imprisoned and then vaccinated.

Robots that can be programmed to come through your locked door and kill you.

Frightening stuff!  But what does God say?

Let not your heart be troubled. John 14:1

And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand firm, and you will see the deliverance of the Lord, which He will show to you today: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen today, ye shall see them again nor more forever. Exodus 14:13

I will never leave you or forsake you. Heb 13:5

My peace I leave with you. I do not give as the world gives.  Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.  John 14:27

For I am the Lord thy Go who will hold your right hand, saying unto you, Fear not: I will help you.  Isa 41:13

Be strong and of good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, He it is that goes with thee: He will  not fail thee, nor forsake thee.  Deut 31:6

Fear not for I am with you.  Be not dismayed for I am thy God.  I will strengthen you, yea I will uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness.  Isa 41:10

For God has not given us a spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.  1 Tim 1:7

The Lord is my light and my salvation.  The Lord is the strength of my life.  Of whom then shall I be afraid. Psalm 27:1

So we say with confidence, The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid of what man can do to me. Heb 13:6

But how can we get to that point – the point of having Jesus live in us and make every decision in our life?

Through poverty!!  Spiritual poverty!  The destitution that comes with trouble – leading us to the point that we have nowhere to turn except to Jesus Christ.

Jesus says:

“Ask, and it shall be given you: seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.”  Luke 11:9

But the “asking, seeking, and knocking” must be to find Jesus Himself – not His blessings.  It is the “asking and seeking” that comes from utter destitution, when we have reached the end of our rope, when we have exhausted all our efforts, when we have seen all of our ideas fail, when we are facing financial, or psychological, or physical annihilation.  That’s the only kind of desperation that can get us to the point of appropriate “asking.”

The Bible tells us we don’t “ask” God’s way:

“You lust (desire for pleasure), and have not: you murder and covet, and cannot obtain: you fight and make yourself an enemy, yet ye have not, because ye ask not (properly).

“You ask, and receive not, because you ask amiss, that you may consume it upon your pleasures.

“You adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship with the world is enmity with God?  Whosoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world, makes himself an enemy of God. . .

“God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.  Submit yourselves therefore to God.  Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

“Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.  Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double minded.

“Lament and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned into mourning, and your joy to gloom

“Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He shall lift you up.”  James 4:2-4

“Have you ever asked out of the depths of your total insufficiency and poverty? ‘If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God . . .” (James 1:5).  Until you come to the point of asking, you will not receive from God.  To be able to receive means that you have come into the relationship of a child of God, and then you comprehend and appreciate mentally, morally, and with spiritual understanding, that these things come from God.

“The word ask actually means ‘beg.’. . We will never receive if we ask with a certain result in mind, because we are asking out of our lust, not out of our poverty.  A pauper does not ask out of any reason other than the completely hopeless and painful condition of his poverty.  He is not ashamed to beg- - blessed are the paupers in spirit ---  My Utmost for His Highest, Oswald Chambers, June 9

“Blessed are the poor (paupers) in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”  Matt 5:3

Humble yourselves

“Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He shall life you up.” James 4:10

It is a humbling experience to knock at God’s door –because you have to knock with the crucified thief.  But “to him who knocks it will be opened”  (Luke 11:10)

“Come to Me. . . and I will give you rest.”  Matt 11:28

“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me.”  Psalm 23:4

“Without me – you can do NOTHING.”  John 15:5

All our enemies are under the complete control of Jesus Christ.  Nothing can happen to us unless God allows it, and if God allows it – NO ONE can stop it.  But if God allows it – He promises to go through the trouble with us.

And if Christ is living in us, then HE is the One who will “take” the trouble.

“Christ in you – the Expectation (not “hope”) of glory.” Col 1:27

(We don’t have to “hope” for it to happen.  We can “expect” it to happen.)

“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ lives in me.” Gal 2:20

When Jesus is living in us and making all the decisions in our life, our fear will be gone.

“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear.” 1 John 4:18

Then, as Jesus has promised, “Christ will be formed in us.” Gal 4:19
